Step 1. Preparation

The New Testament uses the word ‘church’, which simply means
‘an assembly’, in a variety of settings. So what is special about a church gathering? What makes church different from the people gathering at the golf club on Sunday morning or the football club on Saturday afternoon or the nightclub on Friday evening?

Step 1 looks at the biblical mandate for being a Church and lays foundations for the rest of the Because Approach. It analyses your current situation and reviews your current mission statement.
